Refund policy

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges of unused makeup for up to 30 days after you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@alconemakeup.com or (800) 466-7446 9am - 5pm EST.

All returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Please include a copy of the packing slip and/or invoice number in the package and the reason for the return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note, return labels are not provided unless there was an error on our part.
