Domestic orders over $75, under 9 lbs will be offered FREE SHIPPING (most economical)


Standard shipping charges for orders over 9lbs or under $75 will be calculated based on weight.

All Next Day shipping charges will be calculated based on weight.

All International and 2nd Day shipping charges will be calculated on an individual order basis

Orders over $75 and under 9 lbs can be shipped for FREE! When we receive a free-ship order, we choose the most economical way to ship it, and this may take longer than you are used to and may not require a signature for delivery.

Should your domestic order not qualify, or should you want your package shipped faster, you will be quoted actual rates for each carrier during checkout.  
Flammable items and contents under pressure cannot be shipped via freight or air. 

Items shipped during winter months may freeze in transit. Alcone Company is not liable to replace or reship these items.
Please note that all expedited orders must be placed by 3 pm EST. Please also note that orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day

Due to customs restrictions in Spain, any individuals shipping to Spain will not recieve their package, and their order will be refunded. If the order is placed for a business, Spanish Customs will allow the package through.
All orders, unless notified, will ship within 1-3 business days. Please note that shipping is not refundable.

Special Orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on the manufacturer.

Please be aware, all international orders are subject to duties and taxes at the discretion of the destination governments. If you do not wish to pay duties and taxes, and your package is returned to Alcone you will be refunded for your order minus the return cost (including return duties and taxes). 


Lost/Undelivered Packages

Once a package is assigned a tracking number and leaves our warehouse, the carrier is now responsible for that package.  If your item is lost, was marked delivered but you are certain you did not receive it, you will need to file a claim with the carrier.  Because of carrier claim policies, Alcone cannot file this claim for its customers, only the customer can open a claim.  We will do our best to expedite a replacement of your package, but we cannot refund or resend your items free of charge.



We will gladly accept returns and exchanges of unused makeup for up to 30 days after you receive your order. Please ship any returns that meet these criteria to
