Colors are concentrated, so a little goes a long way. Be sure to practice your makeup design before your event. Start with a clean face using Hydra Cleanse or soap and water pre-makeup. Read the step-by-step instructions before you start so you know which types of effects you’d like to create, and use them as a reference while you work.
