Apply to the skin with a brush or foam applicator. Use a flat shadow brush to pack shadows onto the eyelid, and use a fluffy shadow brush to diffuse shades and blend edges.

Have fun with color! Try using warm tones to complement cool-toned eyes, and deeper sapphire and grey tones to enhance warm-toned eyes.
