Ben Nye Eye Liner Pencils are a longtime customer favorite for their color-rich, creamy formula that glides on like silk without tugging delicate skin. They can be used to define the eye area, intensify the lash line, and are also comfortable to wear on the water line. For best results, start with a freshly sharpened Eye Liner Pencil. Apply liners at the base of the lash line and layer until the desired opacity is achieved. Wear it bold or smudge for a soft, smoky effect. Set with eyeshadow for more intensity and a long-wearing finish.

You can also use these pencils to trace designs and make outlines for character makeup and face paintings.
