Use them dry or liquefy with Mixing Liquid to convert them to an intense liquid luster for unique dramatic effects.

how to use

Shake or pour a small amount on a clean, dry surface. Apply with a brush or finger. 

Mehron Precious Gem Powders can also be combined with Mixing Liquid to form a vibrant liquid makeup that can be applied with various types of brushes depending on your desired effect. Allow it to dry completely for a water-resistant finish.
