how to use

For best results, use with a Karla Cosmetics shadow bases and apply a small amount onto your eyelids before layering eyeshadow over top. Use a dense brush to gently pat Moonshadow onto your lids, then switch to a soft, fluffy blending brush to diffuse the edges.
