Dispense one drop of Matrix Mixing Liquid onto your mixing palette or into a container with the makeup products you want to transform. Work quickly to blend the mixture before the formula dries. Apply to skin and allow 3 to 5 minutes to dry thoroughly. If the finish feels tacky, you've used too much Matrix Mixing Liquid - remember it's very concentrated. Adjust your product to the mixing liquid ratio.
